Our consultants can make an appointment to take your instructions virtually any time of the day, please call the number above to arrange an appointment.  If you have any queries the following should provide an answer. A basic "standard Will" should only take about forty five minutes.  If you have a business to deal with or an Inheritance Tax situation then it will take longer

Q.  What information will I need ready for the visit?

A.  It is helpful but not essential if you give some thought to who you wish to appoint as guardians and executors and how you wish to distribute your estate. 

Q.  After taking my instructions how long is it before my Will is ready to sign?

A.  Your consultant should telephone you within ten working days of taking your instructions to arrange signature.

Q.  Am I committed to write a Will with your Company when your Agent visits?

A.  Yes, all appointments in the home are made to write a Will.   If you have a query which our web site can't answer please feel free to telephone, or visit one of our offices for a free consultation.   You know you need to write a Will and we can definitely prepare a document that suits your needs.

Q.  Who will need to be at the appointment?

A.  The people who are writing the Will.

A.  Since a large proportion  the cost involved is paying the consultant to take your instructions, most of our clients pay in full at the end of the first visit.   

Q.  Who needs to be present for the signing of the Will?
