Training;

 

All training is completed using easy to follow manuals that take you through each step; from asking for clients names and dates of birth to arranging signature of the legal documents.  There are different training literature and competence tests for each subject.  In this profession, the more you learn ~ the more you earn.

      Licenses;

      There are six licenses which must be taken in the following order;

  1. Wills and Succession which includes Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney, Living Wills and Document Storage.

  2. Advanced Will writing including dealing with property, businesses and disabled trusts.

  3. Severance of Tenancy.

  4. Nursing Home Fee Protection.

  5. Inheritance Tax Planning.

  6. Dealing with Probate.

 

Sales Literature and Brochures;

Our sales brochures have been designed and printed professionally by "Scott Campbell" concept design.  Generating business is eased by the use of our professional literature which is aesthetically pleasing, whilst complicated subjects like, Inheritance Tax Planning have been made easier to read and understand.


 Our blue brochure is used to promote our business to new clients.  It explains the benefits of writing a will and why clients should use you.
Our green brochure explains how to protect ones property against Nursing Home Fess 
and Inheritance Tax Planning.
Our red brochure explains to our client why they would benefit in paying us a small annual fee which includes safe storage.
